Abstract
Resumen: En diciembre del 2019 debuta la nueva enfermedad provocada por el virus SARS-CoV-2 que provoca un cuadro de síndrome respiratorio agudo grave. Muchos autores defienden la importancia de la TC en el diagnóstico y evaluación inicial. En este articulo presentamos un caso en el que la sospecha diagnóstica se estableció ante un patrón característico de la placa de tórax, permitiendo hacer un diagnostico rápido y sencillo.
Abstract: In December of 2019, the new disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus debuts, causing a severe acute respiratory syndrome. Many authors defend the importance of CT in the initial diagnosis and evaluation. In this article we present a case in which the diagnostic suspicion was established by a characteristic pattern of the chest x-ray, allowing a quick and simple diagnosis.
